Beth Anne was in the Battle of the Books at the local library. This was some of her team. They did well but mostly she was excited about getting this:

We are regular library goers. At any given time we have 40+ books in the house at belong to the library. Thankfully the library has a way to log on and see what it curretnly checked out so we can have our weekly hunt.

Beth Anne, Brigit and I hit the library today before our trip. I took an "essay" Beth Anne wrote in TAG entitled "My Favorite Place." It was all about the library and the 4th floor children's section. We showed it to the librarians and they took us to meet the head of the library. She was very nice and gave the girls stuff animals. Brigit got a bright blue eagle and Beth Anne got a parrot in a toga.
